So HOW Are We
Going To Do All This?
That handsome man in the photo above is Walter Elias Disney. 'North of Hollywood Productions' founder, James Bynum, considers this man to be his hero.
Even the 'Walt Disney Company', which bear's Walt's name, sometimes has difficulty living up to the simple genius of this great entertainer and filmmaker. This can be seen in the faded and peeling paint at Disneyland (Something Walt would never have allowed).
Walt wanted his park to always look as new as it did the day the park opened in 1955. He recognized that every detail was important to his audience's experience, and to the moral of his cast.
We don't have to be the 'Walt Disney Company' in order to live up to Walt's high standards. We have made quality our main goal, and creative "outside of the box" thinking our most valuable asset.
We strive to excel by focusing on these basic fundamental ideas:
Be Different -
Don't assume the 'normal' way it's done is the "best" way to do something!
Always Ask: "How Can We Do It Better?" -
Always look for a better way. (There IS a better way!)
Do It The "Right Way" (the 1st time) -
Attention to detail matters! (Always give 110%)
Have A Positive Attitude -
Our "Can Do" attitude effects everything we do!
Be People Oriented -
Always exceed everyone's expectations with everything you do!
'North of Hollywood's success is assured, because we simply won't accept anything less than success. We will constantly re-evaluate our approach, and will remain willing to change it for the better until we succeed.
'North of Hollywood Productions' is not about any single individual. It is about a group of talented individuals coming together and creating something that none of us could have created on our own. It’s about being part of a creative process that results in a motion picture that is more than a simple sum of its parts.
